How to output the RSSI value from the receiver to FPV when the transmitter is a T16D, T12D, T8FB, T8S, the flight controller is an F4, F7, F722, or F405, and the receiver is a R16SM, R8FM,R8EF, R8SM, R8XM, R7FG?

The equipment for this tutorial manual is:

Transmitter: T16D, T12D, T8FB, T8S

Receiver: R16SM, R8FM, R8EF, R8SM, R8XM, R7FG

Flight Controller: F4, F7, F722, F405

Step 1:

Connect your aircraft/flight controller to your computer, and make sure that the transmitter T16D/T12D/T8S/T8FB and the receiver R8EF, R8SM, R8FM, R8F, or R7FG of the aircraft have bound successfully.

Step 2:

Open the Betaflight Configurator and make sure the flight controller is well connected with the correct Baud Rate.

Step 3:

Set up the parameters as in the picture below:

① into Receiver setting menu, setup the RSSI Channel to AUX5 because the channel of RSSI output is default the CH9 of R8EF, R8SM, R8FM, R8F, or R7FG and click “save” to save the settings

② Into the Configuration setting menu, turn on the OSD function and click “save” to save the settings

③ reconnect the flight controller and Betaflight Configurator, into the OSD setting menu, turn on the “Rssi Value” and you can drag it to the place you want, click “save” to save the settings.

By moving the transmitter to change the distance of the transmitter T16D, T12D, T8FB, T8S and the aircraft (the receiver R8EF, R8SM, R8FM, R8F, or R7FG, you will see the servo range of AUX5 has changed at the same time.
